Quickly establishing themselves in the forefront of their generation, the Zodiac Trio has stirred enthusiasm in critics and audiences alike.  Since its inception in 2004 at the Manhattan School of Music during their student years, the young ensemble has presented concerts throughout the United States and Europe. Top prize winners at the International Peninsula Young Artists Festival, the Joyce Dutka Foundation for the Arts and the International Chamber Music Competition of New England, the Zodiac Trio recently helped launch an annual music festival in Southern France and their performances have been broadcast numerous times on New York’s WQXR. In an effort to enhance the concert-going experience, in addition to trios, the Zodiac Trio programs sonatas, solo pieces and original arrangements that vary from the Baroque period to Tangos. The Zodiac Trio aims to expand the boundaries of the standard classical music performance and invite a varied audience to enjoy and share this genre of music-making.
