Thoughts of Change
I remember as a boy thinking I could change the world
I don't mean just change the world
I actually believed I could change it dramatically
something inside of me nagging at my soul saying
You can really make a difference in this world
I never told anyone about it then
They would have thought I was crazy
Who was I to have such thoughts?
It'd years later and I think I can help change the world
Now I know I can only help one person at a time become happier
And only if they want that for themselves
And if one person became happier then I guess I helped change the world
